The York LaunchBox is seeking applicants to work hybrid (on-campus and remote) as Part-time York LaunchBox Market Research Coordinator. Job Duties include participating in Customer Discovery 101 coaching sessions with York LaunchBox clients, using customer resource management (CRM) tools for the York LaunchBox and York LaunchBox clients, conducting market research outreach and interviews relevant to York LaunchBox clients, and managing client communications, scheduling, and deliverables. Requirements and Qualifications include good communication skills, being self-motivated and detail oriented, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Knowledge of lean startup methodology, customer discovery, G-Suite, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Planner, Miro, HubSpot CRM, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred but not required. The schedule is typically 3-4 days per week, Monday through Friday, for 10-20 hours per week. This opening is part-time and funded through June 30, 2025. The position offers professional growth opportunities in customer service and valuable employment experience.
