Wentworth Senior Living is excited to add an Overnight Charge Nurse to our growing team!

Schedule: Friday Night, 6:30 PM - 7AM (12hrs/week)

Rate:

$43-$50/hr (including shif differential)
$1000 sign on bonus!

Location: Portsmouth, NH - WSL is located steps from Portsmouth's Market Square and Prescott Park, behind the Strawbery Banke Museum

As the Charge Nurse, your responsibilities will include a few of the following key points:

Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth and positivity when working with residents and fellow team members
Develop and oversee daily Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) assignments
Act as a resource for direct care staff to ensure accountability and consistent performance.
Maintain effective communication with residents, families, staff, and the Director of Nursing to prioritize resident needs and facilitate teamwork.
Complete required documentation and nurse’s notes while assessing and reporting any changes in resident status for best quality of care.
Participate in required annual training programs

Requirements for the Charge Nurse role consist of:

Active New Hampshire RN or LPN License (Compact State RN or LPN licenses also accepted!)
Minimum of one year of experience in a senior services setting preferred.
