What You’ll Do

• Warmly Welcome Clients : Be the friendly face that greets clients, checks them in, and ensures they feel at ease from the moment they step in.
• Manage Appointments & Inquiries : Answer phones, schedule services, and handle customer questions—keeping our operations smooth and efficient.
• Assist With Transactions : Process payments and maintain accurate records while treating clients with genuine hospitality.
• Maintain an Inviting Front Desk Area : Keep the reception tidy, professional, and reflective of our luxury brand.
• Collaborate & Support : Work side-by-side with nail technicians, managers, and fellow receptionists to create an exceptional experience for every client.
