Riviera Surgical Center in Bullhead City, AZ is looking for a a detail-oriented and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. We are located on 3003 Az 95 #63. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming patients, verifying insurance, managing appointments, and ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Answer phone calls and assist with patient inquiries and scheduling
• Verify insurance and collect necessary documentation
• Handle patient check-in and check-out efficiently
• Maintain accurate records and data entry
• Collaborate with technologists and clinical staff to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with scheduling software and EMR systems
• High school diploma or equivalent required
