Job Description

Dizario Search is partnered with an industry leading manufacturer near Oklahoma City, OK searching for a Maintenance Manager . This position reports to the Plant Manager and will oversee a team of 12-15 employees, including leads, technicians, and specialists. This is a salaried role that offers bonuses, benefits, 401(k) and relocation assistance if needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implement a preventive maintenance program to ensure that machinery and equipment are regularly serviced and maintained
• Manage and coordinate the maintenance staff, ensuring that all technicians are properly trained, scheduled, and equipped to carry out maintenance tasks effectively.
• Oversee the diagnosis and repair of faulty machinery or equipment, quickly address issues that arise to minimize production downtime and ensure that operations continue smoothly.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering with a focus on Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing disciplines preferred
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a team of 10 or more employees within a manufacturing plant environment.
• Prior experience in plastics manufacturing is considered an advantage!
