Job Description
Encore Solutions is in search of a Machinist to assist with industrial maintenance related jobs. This is a full-time on-site role. This person will be responsible for performing maintenance repairs on machinery, removing and/or installing equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring work is top quality and completed within the job scope timeline.
Qualifications
· Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
· Excellent problem-solving skills
· Ability to listen and follow directions
· Must adhere to safety requirements
· Be a self-motivated team player
· Ability to interpret technical drawings and other data
· High school diploma or GED not required but preferred
· Must be able to pass pre-employment screening, including physical and drug testing
