Job Description

Position: LTL Coordinator

Work Location: Windham, NH (Onsite)

Compensation: $45K-$55K

Responsibilities:

· Work with sales representatives, ensuring all shipper customer loads are covered by respectable carriers with the appropriate qualifications, equipment, and insurance to perform the service required

· Prepare management-approved rate quotations that meet profit objectives

· Accurately enter loads, appointments, and other relevant data into the Company’s Transportation Management System (“TMS”)

· Prepare, process, and review all required shipping documentation prior to distribution, including pre-claim paperwork

· Track, trace, and report accurate and up-to-date shipment statuses to customers, providing delivery confirmation to customers to ensure their satisfaction

· Build and maintain strong carrier relationships to enhance capacity and create new opportunities for our clients customer base

· Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating client needs, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining clear, professional communication

Qualifications:

· An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field and/or equivalent work experience

· Previous experience in transportation/logistics, specifically in LTL

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills (i.e., phone, video, email)

· Strong attention to detail

· Proficient computer skills (MS Office, specifically Excel, etc.) and the ability to learn and navigate industry-based software

· The ability to cope with pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment

· Proven experience at working well independently and collaboratively with a team
