The Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) position involves providing remote psychotherapy and medication management services. Supported by Headway, counselors can manage their private practices efficiently with access to patient referrals, insurance credentialing, and flexible scheduling. This role allows clinicians to enhance their practice while maintaining their autonomy and providing essential mental health care to clients.

Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

Wage: Between $115-$130 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:

• LMHC
• LPCMH
• LIMHP
