Job Title: Legal Recruiter
Location: Remote (Candidates must reside in Oregon or Washington)
Pay Rate: $35–$40 per hour
LHH is seeking an experienced Legal Recruiter to join our client’s legal team remotely. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in employee relations, performance management, and full-cycle recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Conduct new hire orientation and coordinate training sessions
Support and coach teams on performance management conversations
Lead initiatives to improve HR policies and procedures
Manage performance review cycles and documentation
Drive employee engagement efforts, including surveys and feedback analysis
Create, extend, and negotiate offer letters
Post job openings, screen candidates, and coordinate interview processes
Audit and maintain compliance with personnel files
Qualifications:
Proven experience in HR, recruiting, or a related legal/HR function
Strong preference for candidates with prior legal industry experience
Strong understanding of performance management and employee relations
Experience with HR compliance, onboarding, and policy improvement
Excellent communication and coaching skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Located in Oregon or Washington
