Role Overview The Lead Release Manager oversees release processes across individuals and studios, managing the progression of testable packages and supporting teams to ensure release standards and practices are followed. Required Experience Minimum of 7 years of Release Management experience in a large-scale enterprise. Experience in reviewing and improving release standards. Ability to create and administer release independence criteria. Auditing and advising on release alignment and training teams. Leadership in performance expectations and quality monitoring. Mentoring other Release Managers and navigating security, quality, and compliance requirements. Leadership in processes like SOX Attestation, Change Management, and release negotiations. Educational Requirements Minimum of a 4-year degree, with preference for higher education and relevant certifications. Key Responsibilities Relationship management with stakeholders and driving initiatives like the Release Management Center of Excellence. Leading release planning, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication. Ensuring release scope meets service levels and managing the transition to production. Promoting high-quality releases through audits and quality assurance processes. Supporting application inventory and release ceremonies. Managing change and business analysis to improve release processes. Additional Details The salary range in California is $126,400 to $169,500 annually, with potential bonuses and benefits. Work hours may vary based on business needs.
