Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation units.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, providing accurate solutions and recommendations.
• Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC components as needed.
• Ensure all work complies with company standards, codes, and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and customer interactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, explaining technical details in a clear and professional manner.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Startup all newly installed equipment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HVAC technician or in a similar role.
• Valid HVAC certification (e.g., EPA certification, NATE certification) preferred.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and diagnostics.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $48.00 per hour
