Job Summary: Village Caregiving in Bowling Green is seeking a compassionate and dedicated In-home Caregiver for our Morgantown, KY location. This is a part-time hourly position in the healthcare/medical field, and the caregiver will work as an individual contributor. Our ideal candidate will provide personalized and quality care to our clients in their homes, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. • Provide personal care to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
• Monitor and document any changes in clients' health or behavior
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the rest of the care team
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience as an in-home caregiver or a similar role in the healthcare/medical field
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude towards clients
• Willingness to complete required training and learn new skills
