We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Ocean Import Clerk with proficiency in Mandarin Chinese to join our growing team in Cypress, CA . As an Import Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and documentation across borders, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with all aspects of import operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process import shipments from A to Z
• Communicate with international suppliers and vendors in Mandarin to coordinate logistics and resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with all import/export regulations
• Coordinate with customs brokers to ensure timely clearance of shipments
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for shipments
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist in resolving import-related inquiries

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in import/export or logistics is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient with office software and import management systems
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
