Job Description:

As an HVAC Helper at Kuhn's Heating and Air, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our experienced installation and service teams, gaining hands-on experience in the HVAC field. This entry-level position is designed for individuals who are passionate about learning the trade and building a long-term career in residential and commercial HVAC services.

What You'll Learn:

- Assisting with installation, repair, and maintenance of heating and cooling systems


- Tools, equipment, and techniques used in the HVAC industry


- How to diagnose and troubleshoot common HVAC issues


- Industry safety standards and best practices


- Working directly with seasoned technicians and installers in both residential and commercial settings

Key Responsibilities:


- Assist with the installation and service of HVAC systems under the supervision of licensed professionals


- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment


- Maintain a clean and safe work environment


- Support the team in completing jobs efficiently and to the highest quality standards


- Learn and follow all safety protocols and procedures
