Job Description

Visualink Creative is growing! We are a branding agency focused on creating an inspiring environment to meet the creative expectations of our clients. We’re searching for a Graphic Designer to work with our Brand Strategy and Creative Project Management teams to build successful branding solutions and design ongoing, high-level marketing materials for new and existing clients. This role will report to the Art Director to help fulfill a range of production and digital marketing design needs. 

Education

BA or BFA in Graphic Design or related field preferred

Experience

• 2-3 years working experience as a Graphic Designer 
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop required
• Portfolio showcasing strong layout, branding and typography skills
• Knowledge of print production a plus
• Knowledge of After Effects, email marketing platforms, and project management systems helpful but not required

• Demonstrates willingness to experiment, learn, and grow creatively 
• Ability to see the bigger picture and understand the individual needs of each client

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative project ideas and concepts under supervision from the Art Director
• Execute design concepts with efficiency and sensitivity to deadlines 
• Create new and update existing designs that effectively communicate client brand messaging
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions 
• Present work internally and externally as needed
• Employ technical skills and knowledge to check for accuracy and consistency in layout, text formatting, and other details
• Responsible for creating and outputting production and digital files to spec using best practices for digital and/or print production projects
• Responsible for understanding file server organization and maintaining file organization and cleanliness
