As GM / Managing Partner , you will have full operational control, shaping the future of the café while maintaining its community-driven mission and farm-to-table approach. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations , ensuring seamless service and a top-tier guest experience. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of baristas, chefs, and FOH staff.
