Job Title: Jr. Front End Web Developer Join our team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining a custom enterprise-level accreditation management system for Headquarters operations. This is a hybrid onsite position located in Baltimore, MD. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Design wireframes and user interfaces. Code designs to requirements and integrate with internal and third-party systems. Build comprehensive unit tests during development and assist users during acceptance testing. Maintain and enhance the system regularly, creating technical and support documentation. Qualifications Education and Experience: 1-2 years in computer science, engineering, or related fields. Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree from an accredited institution. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: UI/UX implementation experience and understanding of best practices. Proficiency in creating user-friendly, visually appealing web interfaces. Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools. Familiarity with IDEs like Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code. Experience with source control and issue tracking tools such as Git, GitHub, Jira, or GitLab. Knowledge of HTML5, CSS frameworks like Bootstrap, SASS, or Tailwind. Experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills; ability to work independently and in teams.
