Job Description

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or a higher-level degree, or possess equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum of 10+ years' experience in designing FPGAs, PLDs, and PCBs, showcasing a deep understanding of hardware design principles.
• Proficiency in developing high speed and complex FPGAs, demonstrating a track record of successful FPGA projects in Airborne or Military Applications required
• Capable of independently conducting feasibility studies and effectively planning and executing new product development, taking into account technical, budget, and schedule constraints.
• Adept at troubleshooting complex prototypes and products, swiftly identifying and resolving issues to maintain project momentum.
• Ability and willingness to mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented team environment.
• Familiarity with design environments such as Altera and Altium is preferred, though not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and customer needs.
• Develop electronic circuits, FPGAs, and PLDs, utilizing your extensive experience to create innovative and efficient designs.
• Take the lead in creating schematic diagrams and PCB layouts, ensuring the design is robust and manufacturable.
• Execute prototype development, debugging, and integration to validate design concepts and refine them as necessary.
• Contribute to the creation of comprehensive project documentation, enabling smooth knowledge transfer and production readiness.
• Share your knowledge and experience with fellow engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to help them grow in their roles.
