Job Title: Forklift Operator
Job Description

This is an entry-level production position where candidates will be cross-trained to learn all roles on the production line. No prior experience is necessary, but candidates must be able to stay on their feet for the entire shift and pay close attention to detail. The primary task involves making custom filters.

Responsibilities

• Perform light assembly tasks
• Conduct quality checks
• Create boxes for packaging
• Engage in assembly work
• Scrape and use small hand tools

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is needed

Work Environment

The facility is climate-controlled at 72 degrees year-round and is very clean. The work is not physically demanding, and there is no need for steel-toe shoes. The dress code includes pants down to the ankle, closed-toe shoes (tennis shoes), t-shirts or long sleeves, and sweatshirts must have strings tucked in. The shifts available are 2nd shift (2:30 PM - 11 PM, Monday-Friday with potential for weekends) and 3rd shift (10:30 PM - 6 AM, Monday-Friday with potential for weekends). These positions will move to 2nd shift at the start of the year.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jeffersontown, Kentucky.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00
