What You’ll Do:
  • Complete all assigned service jobs with precision and dedication.
  • Communicate with Lead Technicians ensuring effective problem-solving for any technical challenges or unusual service issues.
  • Attend service training classes to stay up to date on new products and refresh knowledge on less encountered ones.
  • Submit daily paperwork promptly, including timecards and maintenance reports with customer signatures.
  • Maintain open communication with dispatchers and the service office, updating them on job status and availability for new assignments.
  • Identify jobs that should be sent to our shop for repair, recommending based on complexity or safety reasons.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with territory sales representatives, keeping them informed of potential sales opportunities.
  • Always uphold safety rules and policies to maintain a secure working environment.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
  • Strong skills in repairing powered industrial equipment.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills.
  • Effective time management to handle multiple priorities.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with laptop use.
  • Ownership of necessary tools for repairs, as outlined in our recommended tool list.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Certification to operate material handling equipment.
