Job Details Tired of just managing a fleet? Ready to transform one? If you're a proactive problem solver who thrives on efficiency, innovations, and cost control, this is your chance to steer our US Fleet operations to peak performance!
We're looking for a Fleet Manager who thinks beyond vehicles—someone who sees logistics, safety, and cost-effectiveness as a winning strategy!
What You'll Own and Optimize:
Fleet Strategy Operations: Oversee procurement, maintenance, and lifestyle management
Performance & Cost Control: Maximize fuel efficiency, minimize downtime, and optimize costs
Regulatory Compliance: Stay ahead of DOT, state, and Federal regulations
Technology & Telematics: Leverage tools like Geotab, Holman, and GPS systems to track and improve fleet performance
Leadership & Partnerships: Work closely with vendors, insurance providers, and internal teams to create a seamless, high-performing fleet
What You'll Bring to the Driver's Seat:
Fleet leadership Experience: 3-5 years in management or Fleet Coordinator role
Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, logistics, and regulatory compliance
Experience with Fleet management Technology: Bonus points if you know Geotab or Holman
Budget Management: Smart savings fuel better operations
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, logistics, transportation, or a related field
