Financial Wellness Coach Part-time and Remote Hours: EITHER: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 10:00am EST OR: Monday – Thursday 5:00pm – 8:00pm EST We are looking for an energetic, positive person to join the Marsh McLennan Agency – New England Retirement Services Team. Reporting to the Director of Financial Wellness within our Retirement Services practice, this position will be responsible for delivering individual retirement education and financial wellness materials to our client’s employees and plan participants, both in-person and virtually. In addition, you will assist the team with retention and new business development goals and opportunities. The ideal candidate would be someone who is a self-starter, motivated to succeed and adaptable to change; able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, where the client is the focus and delivering outstanding service is the priority.   • Support MMA Retirement Services clients by delivering helpful and effective education and advice to their retirement plan participants
  • Work with producers and consultants to help them improve client interactions and engagements
  • Participate in national MMA Retirement Services initiatives
  • Work with colleagues from other lines of business to collaborate on companywide initiatives
Our future colleague We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
  • 5+ years of industry experience
  • A college degree
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) license a plus
  • Securities 65 or 66 license or profession certification
  • Financial or retirement planning or educational experience.
  • Proficient to advanced Excel skills; ability to utilize arithmetic formulas, upload spreadsheets, and import/export data
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage projects amidst competing deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail

    The applicable base pay range for this role is $35-50/hour. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives. We are excited to offer a competitive total rewards package which includes health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401K savings and other wellbeing programs as well as employee assistance programs.
