Job Description

Our client located in Brentwood, TN is seeking an Entry-Level Financial Analyst to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career and join a dynamic team in the real estate investment industry!
The Financial Analyst is a permanent opportunity with a primarily onsite schedule.
Responsibilities:
The Financial Analyst is responsible for all financial analyses of real estate properties within the company. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Underwriting/valuation of multifamily and retail properties
Performance of complex financial modeling in Excel and other financial systems
Evaluation of commercial loans
Review and analysis of operating statements and rent rolls
Tracking and reporting of commercial real estate rental and sales comparable
Develop financial based arguments for investment rationale
Assist brokers in researching and divulging market statistics and information
Constant collaboration with other back office members
Attend weekly meetings aimed at improving yourself and your trade
Ad hoc requests, such as scanning in files, running errands, inputting data, and a variety of other tasks

Qualifications:
0-3 years of experience.
Bachelor's degree required
Very strong Excel skills

Job Title: Entry-Level Financial Analyst

Opportunity: Permanent

Location: Primarily onsite with hybrid flexibility once established

Salary: Base Pay - $55k during training, bumped up to $60k once fully trained.
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
