Finance Manager: LOCAL and Healthcare industry experience is a MUST Insightful Talent is supporting a client who is looking for a Finance Manager that will play a critical role in guiding the financial strategy and operations. This individual will oversee variance reconciliation, budgeting, and financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to ensure the company’s fiscal health and strategic growth. As a leader, the Finance Manager will mentor and lead a team of junior Financial Analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and analytical rigor. What you’ll be doing: Variance Reconciliation: Analyze and reconcile financial variances across departments and practices. Provide actionable insights to address discrepancies and improve accuracy in forecasting. Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop and maintain rolling forecasts to adapt to business needs. FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis): Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior leadership and stakeholders. Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement. Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of Financial Analysts. Delegate responsibilities effectively, fostering professional growth and accountability. Promote a high-performance culture with clear goals and expectations. Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and drive key business initiatives. Provide financial insights to support mergers, acquisitions, and expansion strategies. Implement process improvements to streamline financial operations and reporting. What you need to bring: ~ Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. ~5+ years of progressive experience in financial management, including FP&A and budgeting. ~ Experience in the healthcare industry and knowledge of CPT coding is a must. ~ Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing teams. ~ Strong proficiency in financial modeling, reporting tools – Excel, SQL and PowerBI. ~ Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. ~ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
