GENERAL DESCRIPTION Assist the Field Operations Manager in the functions necessary to ensure that each project comes to completion with efficient, expedient, successful, and profitable results. Engage in direct communications related to projects with clients, subcontractors, fellow co-workers, and vendors. Reports directly to the Field Operations Manager.
Salary Range: $25.17-$34.05 based on experience and location.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist with scheduling crews and vacations
- Manage safety certifications and welding certifications for the crews
- Assist business office with coding invoices, per diem questions, and timecard collection
- Help with tracking equipment and all job-related materials, including poles braces and anchor inventory
- Help coordinate shipping product to jobsites
- Help Project Management build sequence in Concrete Vision
- Help track helical anchor and quantities on job sites
- Assist with mobilizing our cranes between jobsites
- Assist getting crews proper drawings for the next job
- Assist the crews with solving NCR problems with drafter and engineer
- Track and file PCI paperwork
- Manage shop supplies and materials
- Assist with stability bracing plans and Crane plans
- Help prepare job load sequence
- Ensure erection hardware is made
- Help sales deliver/coordinate sample panels to jobsites
- Assist with punch list, gathering patch material and reviewing the punch list with the crew and contractor
- Complete special projects as requested and perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: - High School Diploma or GED
- Two-year technical degree in drafting
- Must have interpersonal communication skills to interact with co-workers, supervisors, and managers.
- Must be able to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to work with others to get the project completed efficiently.
- Blue Beam and AutoCAD experience preferred
- Construction experience preferred

- Knowledge of products the company uses, and which products would work best.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ ADA ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for typing, filing, and using office equipment.
- Visual acuity and ability to read small print.
- Hearing acuity and ability to communicate effectively with others.
- Ability to lift and move office supplies and equipment.
WORKING CONDITIONS - Minimal risk of exposure to unusual elements.
- Minimal risk of safety precautions.
- General Office Environment with a modest to high exposure to jobsite environment
