Here’s what you need to qualify:

A high school diploma or equivalent .
Personal experience as a parent or family member involved in the Child Welfare system .
A closed case with demonstrated family stability.

No prior professional experience? No problem! We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.

As a Parent Partner, you’ll:

Support parents and caregivers working to reintegrate their children into their homes.
Visit families in their homes to teach parenting skills, offer support, and help them complete case plan tasks.
Connect families to valuable community resources.
Collaborate with Permanency Case Teams to help families meet their goals.
