Job Description We are looking for an Executive Recruiter for a large tech-client of ours who is in the SaaS industry. This role is remote and contract. The contract is six months, but has the possibility of extension or turning into full-time. The successful candidate will be able to attract first-rate talent and ensure lasting and successful placements. The goal is to exceed the client's expectations and add value to their business. Qualifications: 5+ years of recruiting experience. Experience recruiting individuals at the executive level. Partner with the client to get a clear view of their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs. Devise and carry out a targeted research strategy. Map role criteria, define position description, and document specifications. Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels. Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion.
