Job Summary: We seek a skilled Electronics Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will diagnose, repair, and maintain various electronic equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of electronic systems and components and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the warehouse with returned equipment
  • Diagnose and repair electronic equipment, including but not limited to consumer electronics, industrial electronics, and communication devices.
  • Computers, Tablets, Thermal Printers, Money Order Printers, Cash Drawers, Monitors, Credit Card Readers
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on electronic systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in electronic repair techniques and technologies.
  • Assist the Tech Support team in the Computer Imaging process and provide onsite tech support

Other responsibilities:

  • Support Warehouse process with receiving and shipping of customer equipment.
  • Assist with asset recovery of retail and employee equipment.
  • Approve electronics for destruction and ensure processes are being followed
  • Inventory management

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in electronics or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in electronic repair and maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of electronic systems, components, and circuitry.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Experience with soldering skills
  • Bilingual required Spanish and English
  • Self-starter and self-managed.

Working Conditions:

  • This position may require standing for extended periods and working with small components.
  • Occasional lifting of heavy equipment may be required.
  • The work environment may include exposure to electrical hazards, so adherence to safety protocols is essential.
  • Work area is in a warehouse environment
  • Able to work in an environment that can be loud and constant traffic of equipment and people
