Job Description: Assist customers in selecting furniture pieces that meet their style, budget, and space needs. Provide product knowledge and guidance to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. Process sales transactions and handle customer follow-ups. Maintain a clean and organized showroom that highlights product features. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals. Stay informed on current promotions and new product arrivals. Collaborate with team members to deliver a high-quality customer experience. Ensure accurate entry of customer orders and track delivery timelines. Address customer concerns or questions in a professional and timely manner. Support showroom events and promotions when needed. Position Requirements: Prior sales experience in furniture, automotive, or real estate. Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic computer proficiency for processing sales and tracking inventory. Ability to work weekends and maintain a flexible schedule. Goal-oriented with a proactive sales mentality.
