Assure quality control implementation. Produce required contractual and programmatic reports, briefs, and training material. Implement and exercise quality - control measures over Contractor staff to deliver services and products on budget and schedule per SOW requirements. Be responsible for portions of the project personnel, delivery of reports, and other deliverables. Implement short (tactical) and long term (strategic) work plans to ensure work performance. Be responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards. Coordinate with Government customer for assignment of work schedules. Review and remediate work discrepancies. Supervise Contractor personnel, communicate policies and organizational goals. Responsible for ensuring all incoming contractors are adequately trained for contract positions. Be responsible for contract performance. What You Will Need: Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance Bachelors Degree FOURTEEN (14) years overall professional experience TEN (10) years of experience in a Working Capital Fund environment dealing with Depot Maintenance, Supply Chain Management, Business Operations, or Financial Management. FIVE (5) years of leadership experience in a Working Capital Fund environment dealing with Depot Maintenance, Supply Chain Management, Business Operations, or Financial Management. THREE (3) years of experience in academic instruction.
