Designer Responsibilities: Conceptualize and create visual designs for print, digital, and multimedia projects based on client needs and branding guidelines. Collaborate with clients, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and design preferences. Design logos, websites, brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, packaging, and other visual materials to effectively communicate messages. Use design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create high-quality visuals. Ensure all designs align with the client's brand identity, including colors, fonts, logos, and tone. Prepare files for production, ensuring proper format, size, and resolution for both print and digital platforms. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering quality work. Revise and refine designs based on feedback from clients or team members. Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a fresh and innovative approach. Ensure quality control by reviewing designs for accuracy, consistency, and visual appeal before final delivery. Designer Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field 1+ years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or a related discipline (specific experience may vary depending on the role) Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with design tools and software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc) A proactive, creative and adaptable attitude Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments We work on direct hire, contract, and contract-to-hire opportunities with companies primarily located in the Chicago and Chicagoland area.
