As a Patient Enrollment Representative, you will play an essential role in educating, enrolling, and supporting patients as they embark on their journey toward better health management.

Key Responsibilities:
Make an average of 100 outbound calls per day to prospective patients, providing them with information about services and assisting them with the enrollment process.
Present our services in a clear and compelling way, using provided scripts that ensure consistency and accuracy.
Help prospective patients understand the steps involved in becoming a member, guiding them through the process with care.
Maintain a positive, professional, and enthusiastic demeanor while interacting with patients.
Meet performance goals such as outbound call volume, appointments scheduled, and overall call quality.
Handle patient inquiries and concerns with empathy, escalating issues as needed to the appropriate supervisor.
Track patient information using our technology, adhering to privacy guidelines and confidentiality requirements.
Respond to inbound calls and assist patients with their questions or concerns.
Follow up with patients who need to be rescheduled or have further inquiries, ensuring their experience is smooth.
Collaborate closely with healthcare providers and prescribers to ensure a seamless patient onboarding experience.
Use excellent communication skills to resolve difficult conversations and maintain a positive tone.

Additional Information:
Full-time, remote position
Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM Eastern Time, with occasional Saturday overtime
Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency is a plus
Qualifications:
Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule, including start, breaks, lunch, and end times
Desire to work in a results-oriented call center environment with high-volume inbound and outbound calls
Strong attention to detail with excellent written documentation skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new software tools
Must be able to work from home, managing inbound and outbound calls throughout the day
Knowledge of the healthcare industry, HIPAA guidelines, and call center metrics is a plus
Excellent communication skills with a friendly, conversational tone
Reliable internet connection with a minimum of 100 Mbps, as well as a quiet and secure home office setup
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
At least 1 year of call center, physician office, or customer service experience is required
Experience with CRM systems, data entry, and learning new software platforms is preferred
