The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by managing customer inquiries, streamlining processes, and ensuring the seamless execution of sales operations. • Provide support and assistance to sales reps with crawl space related inventory and sales.
• Assist sales representatives in managing leads, quotes, and customer accounts.
• Conduct research to identify prospects and make initial contact via phone, email or print.
• Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up
• Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing product knowledge and service information.
• Resolve customer concerns related to orders, delivery schedules, and pricing.
• Collaborate with sales team to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
• Offer expert insights to help shape accurate quotes and customer proposals.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to verify product availability.
• Stay current on crawl space encapsulation and waterproofing methods and technologies.
• Assist in managing inventory levels of crawl space products and communicate needs to the Purchasing Team.
• Support the sales and customer service teams by answering technical questions and providing solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in crawl space encapsulation, waterproofing, or related trades.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both field teams and customers.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges
