**Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Public Accounting**
**Location:** Republic, Missouri
**Salary:** $70,000 - $80,000 base salary plus per file bonus, with potential earnings of $165,000+ per year by year 2
**Job Description:**

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Prepare and review individual and business tax returns.
+ Conduct comprehensive accounting services for local businesses and individuals.
+ Provide insightful tax planning and consulting services.
+ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
+ Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and provide customized solutions.
+ Assist in the development and implementation of efficient accounting practices.
**Qualifications:**
+ Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in good standing.
+ Minimum of 4 years of experience in public accounting.
+ Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
+ Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
+ Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Commitment to community involvement and client service.
