Depending on your location, this role may be hybrid or remote. In our U.S. locations, we operate on a hybrid model with three in-office days and two remote days per week. Starting Q1 2025, we will transition to a four-day in-office schedule, Monday–Thursday, to foster creativity, communication, and stronger team relationships. Job Description We're seeking a creative, forward-thinking individual who can combine copywriting skills with generative AI to enhance the student experience and drive enrollment growth. This role involves copywriting and editing for healthcare-focused higher education institutions, creating content for campaigns, and maintaining brand consistency across channels. The position reports to the lead copywriter and collaborates with marketing directors and creative teams. Success requires exceptional writing, attention to detail, and experience in engaging content creation. Write original marketing copy for web, ads, email, social media, and blogs, based on templates and examples provided by senior staff. Execute content tasks assigned by the lead and project managers, following strategic directions. Collaborate with senior copywriters and editors to ensure brand voice and style consistency. Utilize generative AI tools like Writer.ai to assist in brainstorming, drafting, and optimizing content, while maintaining brand integrity. Stay informed about trends in AI-assisted content creation and marketing. Participate in brainstorming and market research sessions with senior staff. Incorporate feedback from senior team members to improve your work. Perform additional duties as assigned and adhere to all policies and standards.

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field (Required) 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in copywriting or editing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail, with proofreading and editing abilities. Knowledge of SEO best practices and search engine writing. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to write engagingly about healthcare and higher education. An impressive portfolio demonstrating versatility and appeal to students and partners. Understanding of B2C and B2B copywriting, and legal issues like plagiarism and libel. Creative interrogation of briefs to present information innovatively. Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with social media, email marketing, and digital content. Additional Information The expected salary range is $49,199.33 to $86,253.75, with actual pay based on experience, location, and other factors.
