We are a high-volume contact center serving homeowners across the United States. We are currently seeking Contact Center Agents to join our team.

This role will be 100% remote. We will provide all needed equipment as well as thorough and paid training will be provided.

Employees must reside in one of the listed states: New Mexico, Alabama, Arizona, Georgia, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Arkansas, Montana and Nevada.

Approximate Shift Times:

Mid Shift:

• 10am-6pm Eastern 
• 9am-5pm Central 
• 8am-4pm Mountain
• 7am-3pm Pacific 

Closing Shift: 

• 1pm-9pm Eastern
• 12pm-8pm Central 
• 11am-7pm Mountain 
• 10am-6pm Pacific 

 

Requirements:

• Experience in a high-volume customer service setting 
• Must have home internet that is password protected; we cannot permit cafe-style or community wifi.
• A home office environment must mimic the in-office environment, free of background noise and disruptions.
• High School or GED diploma
• Must be able to pass a background check

 

Preferred Experience: 

• 1+ years experience in a high-volume contact or call center 
• 1+ years experience in being held accountable for call metrics and quality standards

 

Spanish-English Bilingual Preferred (Not Required)
