Job Summary:
The Club Concierge will be responsible for total Club Member satisfaction from pre-arrival contact, logistics in the bookings and reconfirmation of reservations, fully acquainted with local points of interest, maintain Club Lounge refreshments and services, POS, complimentary food and beverage services. If you have a passion for working with guests and providing them with an Experience of a Lifetime, this is the perfect position for you!
