Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic CMM Programmer with a background in aerospace machine manufacturing and CMM inspection.

What you will be doing:

• Program and inspect manufactured product using CMM / PC DMIS software
• Conduct first article, in-process, and final inspections
• Inspect manufactured and processed products using hand measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, height gages, optical comparator)
• Interpret planning documents, tool design and engineering drawings, specifications and quality inspection procedures to develop clear, complete, and precise records of inspection
• Responsible for inspecting raw material, metal castings, forgings, extrusions, and machined parts
• Additional inspection required in-regards to outside processing. (Anodize, Heat Treat, & Plating)

What you need to qualify:

• 5+ years Quality Assurance or related experience
• Advanced experience required with CMM programming and PC-DMIS programming
• Ability to work with CATIA Models, SolidWorks, IGES, and STEP Files
• Advanced geometric dimensioning and tolerance (GD&T)
• Some exposure to CAD/CAM, CNC Programming, DPD, and MBD
• Proficient using measurement instruments (calipers, height gage, pin gages, optical comparator, plug/thread gages, radius gages, etc.
• Knowledge of ISO9001 and/or AS9100 preferred
• Computer literacy: Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Read and write in English. Fluent in Spanish is a plus
• Effective communication skills both written and spoken
• High school diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred
