AIMS, LLC, in partnership with NeuroPsychiatric Hospitals (NPH), seeks a dedicated Clinical Liaison to join our team. If you thrive in an autonomous, fast-paced inpatient hospital setting and are passionate about providing exceptional care, we want you to join our interdisciplinary team.

What You'll Do

As a Clinical Administrative Assistant, you will have the opportunity to:

• Collaborate with a diverse team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and psychologists to support daily tasks and duties.
• Assist the providers in providing telemedicine services and examinations.
• Scribe for providers during patient visits, and then generate and file notes for providers.
• Contribute to the interdisciplinary team meetings and master treatment plans.
• Perform other job-related duties to support the exceptional care we provide.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking individuals with the following skills, abilities, and experience:

• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication skills to engage with patients, providers, clients, coworkers, and management staff.
• Experience in a medical office with knowledge of EMR systems and medical terminology.
• Proficiency in using computers, phones, and office equipment.
• Ability to maintain sensitive information in confidence.
• Capability to thrive in a fast paced environment while documenting accurately and concisely.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Readiness to have contact with potentially violent patients
