Seeking a detail-oriented and creative Client Communication Coordinator to oversee the development, execution, and optimization of our client-facing communications, projects, and materials. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution - balancing the art of messaging with data-driven decision making. Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Development & Management
    • Research current marketing trends and strategies
    • Write and manage clear, engaging client communications across channels (email, SMS, etc.)
    • Ensure messaging is consistent with brand tone and optimized for each stage of the client journey
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create new content or update existing client materials
    • Focus on exploring new formats and tools (e.g., video, voicemail) to enhance messaging
    • Ensure proper QA and compliance standards are met for all outbound communications
    • Seek out and create content opportunities to internally market new and emerging communication campaigns, strategies, processes (videos, documentation, newsletters, etc.)
  • Communication Deployment
    • Manage the daily uploading, formatting, and scheduling of client messaging across platforms to ensure timely and accurate communication delivery
    • Oversee the transition and upkeep of our messaging tools
  • Testing & Optimization
    • Design and execute A/B tests to improve messaging effectiveness, response rates, and client experience
    • Track performance metrics and continuously refine strategies based on data insights
  • Reporting & Analytics
    • Format, upload, and maintain campaign performance dashboards and reports
    • Analyze trends, compile results, and surface key insights for leadership
    • Provide data-backed recommendations for improvements and innovation
  • Project Ownership
    • Lead or contribute to special projects such as client-facing material redesigns
    • Work closely with other internal teams and vendors to align communication strategies with business goals
    • Perform responsibilities and duties for other projects as they emerge
