About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to lead the development and production of its clinical solutions, with a focus on evidence-based content, informatics, and clinical analytics. The CMO will be responsible for ensuring that the company's clinical products remain at the forefront of innovation and quality, and will be expected to consistently produce high-quality, evidence-based content. This role requires a visionary leader with a medical degree, active board certification, and a strong background in healthcare technology, clinical research, or digital health innovation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving clinical strategy and innovation, as well as in-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality standards. Key responsibilities for the CMO include developing and implementing a strategic plan for the company's clinical solutions, leading the content vision for products and customer relationships, and serving as a strategic advisor on clinical matters. The role also involves representing the company at industry events and leading a high-performing team of clinicians and staff. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate teams. A minimum of 10 years' of clinical practice experience, with at least 5 years in progressive leadership roles, is required, and an MBA or advanced degree in a related field is strongly preferred.
