About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to lead the development and execution of the hospital's strategic and operational plans. Applicants for the CAO position at the company should hold a Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related discipline, and have a minimum of 10 years of healthcare experience, with at least five years in executive leadership within a community hospital. The role requires a proven track record in hospital and service line operations, experience in a matrixed organizational structure, and a strong background in managing physician relationships.
