Job Description:

The main Requirements are:-

1. Hands-on experience in QuickBooks Desktop and Excel is a must.
2. Strong accounting skills with knowledge of Debit & Credit are a must.
3. Perform data entry & Analysis of financial information and preparation of financial reports.
4. Sales Tax and Payroll monthly, quarterly, and annual filings.
5. Tax return and accounting assistance, functions leading to and preparation of tax returns and financial statements.
6. Hands-on experience in QuickBooks Online is a plus.
7. Proficient with Word, and PowerPoint presentations is a plus.
8. Knowledge of preparing Individual & Business tax returns and schedules is a plus.
9. Knowledge & Hands-on experience in a payroll process with multi-state registrations is a plus.
10. Being able to respond to state and IRS notices is a plus.
11. Being able to speak Hindi with clients is a plus

Job Specifications: 

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA / CPA certification is required.

2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance, taxation & payroll. 

3. Thorough understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, payroll, QuickBooks, tax regulations, and financial reporting. 

4. Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. 

5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 

6. The candidate must have experience with IRS and State Audits
