Now Hiring: Cash Application Specialist Location: Toledo, OH Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Hybrid – Onsite Tues, Wed, Thurs) Pay Rate: $20/hour Contract Length: 1 year Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in reconciling accounts? Join our Owens Corning team as a Cash Application Specialist and play a critical role in maintaining smooth financial operations for one of our leading clients in the region. Key Responsibilities: Apply customer cash payments to open AR in SAP Identify and apply appropriate reason codes for payment variances Investigate and resolve unapplied payments before month-end close Communicate payment issues promptly with the Credit & Collections teams Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and procedures What we’re looking for: Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems Preferred Experience: 2+ years working in accounts receivable, cash application, or reconciliation Proven ability to resolve payment discrepancies and meet deadlines Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) If you're ready to take the next step in your accounting or finance career and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting, we’d love to hear from you.
