Salary: $80,000 to $90,000 per year

Position Summary:

Join our team and lead our full-service restaurant to new heights as the Restaurant General Manager at Boston Logan Airport. You'll have the opportunity to plan, direct, and coordinate the dynamic operations of this premier location. In this role, your leadership will be key to enhancing guest service, boosting efficiency, and driving the restaurant's success. Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Five (5) years of restaurant management, operations, and personnel experience as a General Manager in a high-volume coffee shop type restaurant
• Strong understanding of First-Class Guest Service
• Belief and support in our Mission Statement and Core Values
• Ability to manage for results in a team environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours in a 7/365 work environment

• Develop and implement policies and goals to optimize restaurant operations

• Manage inventory and ensure timely merchandise ordering
• Maintain compliance with security, sales, and record-keeping procedures
• Analyze and allocate operating budgets
• Collaborate with corporate personnel to drive operational improvements
• Prepare and implement policy and program changes
• Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries
• Cultivate a positive, productive work environment for all employees
• Focus on staff development, hiring, and internal promotions
