This position supports Licensing marketing, focusing on campaigns related to Sports, Holiday, and seasonal themes across Ralph Lauren's collections. The role involves managing communications, calendar planning, supporting global campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams and licensees to integrate licensed categories into the brand's marketing strategy. Key responsibilities include developing marketing calendars, managing licensee communications, supporting campaign planning, analyzing market data, and partnering with creative teams to develop digital storytelling.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Support global marketing initiatives for licensing, working closely with licensees and internal teams.
2. Develop and manage licensing and brand calendars.
3. Coordinate daily communications with licensees and support marketing requests.
4. Assist in strategic campaign planning and content development across digital channels.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
6. Monitor and track marketing campaigns, samples, and budgets.
7. Analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities.
8. Create recaps for marketing moments and analyze performance metrics.
9. Assist in preparing presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
10. Partner with creative teams to develop marketing concepts aligned with brand strategies.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge:

• Experience supporting marketing or similar teams, preferably in fashion, beauty, or licensing.
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to analyze budgets and develop compelling presentations.
