Pay Range: $35/hour to $42/hour; rates may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Responsibilities include: Demonstrate technical expertise in Automotive Battery Systems. Experience with software development, diagnostics, and data analysis tools (e.g., HIL testers, CANalyzer, INCA). Familiarity with ASPICE or CMMI development processes. Knowledge of automotive ECU testing methods and electrical components used in BMS. Desired Qualifications: Lead technical interface for BMS with battery packs and vehicles. Coordinate across teams to verify battery software and hardware meet system and battery pack requirements. Deploy updates and maintain North American BMS software and hardware for BEV, PHEV/MHEV applications. Document lessons learned to improve BMS requirements and processes. Lead source package reviews and compliance analysis. Support validation and testing teams with testing and issue analysis. Facilitate EOL programming and support for BMS programs.
