Job Description

Under general supervision, the Airport Maintenance Technician Crew Leader is responsible for conducting preventive maintenance and regular repairs on: building mechanical system, chilled water system, HVAC system, building electrical, baggage belt conveyor system, passenger boarding bridge, building access control system, boiler system, water treatment system and sterilizer system. Supervises maintenance technicians and performs repairs on plumbing, carpentry and painting for Airport facilities. The Airport Maintenance Technician Crew Leader conducts daily services to the airport's facilities, including surrounding buildings and passenger boarding bridges. Employee supervises maintenance staff and monitors performance of outsourced vendors or service contract workers. Employee has contact with the public, tenants, and vendors which requires tact and diplomacy. Employee must abide by and ensure all safety rules and regulations.
