Apartment Leasing Consultant – Affordable Housing
Location: Olney, MD
Pay: $19–$20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM
We are seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant with affordable housing experience to support leasing operations at an apartment community in Olney.
Responsibilities:
Greet prospective residents and conduct property tours
Process applications and certifications for affordable housing programs
Prepare lease documents and complete move-in paperwork
Maintain accurate records and resident files
Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects
Requirements:
Affordable housing leasing experience required
Knowledge of income certifications and compliance
Strong administrative and customer service skills
Professional communication and organizational abilities
