As a Lead Analytics Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of driving and influencing transformative change in the Firm's analytics strategy, creating substantial value for clients, branches, and the entire firm. You will collaborate with senior leaders to unleash the full potential of our data assets by supporting strategy development and subsequent strategic execution across the firm. Your mission: Empower decision-making through cutting-edge insights and innovative analytics. What You'll Need: 7-10 years of prior relevant experience. Advanced PowerPoint skills. Proven ability to influence through data-driven storytelling. Experience in project management. Ability to manage and champion change (intake change, advocate for it and influence others to be part of the change). What Could Set You Apart: Bachelor's Degree and/or Advanced Degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or Analytics. CFP and CFA designations. Management Consulting or similar experience. Financial Services industry experience. Working knowledge of Agile Principles. Familiarity with modern data technologies. Experience with consulting on artificial intelligence adoption.
